BONUS!

The first three people to register for the 6-part series will also get an exclusive opportunity to have a free 1:1 hour with me to dive deeper into SoulCollage® at some point during our journey through the series.

(I don’t offer 1:1 deep sessions that often because of scheduling but I want to extend this gift to 3 of you to be able to ask more specific and personal questions, engage with your SoulCollage® practice in a more intimate way, and experience some authentic heartfelt connection.)

This six-part Intro to SoulCollage® series is a slow, supportive entry into the creative self-care practice of SoulCollage® especially tailored to helpers and healers including, but not limited to, those experiencing burnout, emotional fatigue, vicarious trauma, or disconnection from themselves.

SoulCollage® is a gentle, image-based reflective method that uses collage and curiosity - rather than analysis and overthinking - to access inner wisdom. In this series, you’ll be guided to create a personal deck of SoulCollage® cards and learn how to work with them as a tool for self-reflection, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care.

This series is especially supportive for people whose work requires emotional presence: social workers, therapists, healthcare workers, educators, caregivers, and community helpers.

No art experience is needed. SoulCollage® is not about making something aesthetically “beautiful” or meaningful for others—it’s about turning inward, at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and resourcing.

Across six live Zoom sessions, we’ll move gently and intentionally, allowing trust, insight, and connection to unfold over time. Each gathering will include guided collage-making, reflective prompts, optional sharing, and grounding practices to support rest and integration.

You’re always welcome to participate quietly, with no pressure to perform, explain, or process out loud.

Session Dates & Time
All sessions are held 6:30–8:00pm EST on Zoom:

  • October 19 and 26

  • November 2, 9, 16, 23

This series offers a contained, antiracist, neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming space where burnout is understood not as a personal failure, but as a signal that care is needed.

This series is for you if you:

  • Want self-care that doesn’t require fixing, talking, or pushing

  • Are drawn to creativity but need it to feel gentle and accessible

  • Want a reflective practice you can return to between sessions and beyond

  • Feel burned out, emotionally depleted, or overwhelmed by helping work

You’ll leave with:

  • A foundational understanding of SoulCollage® and certificate of completion

  • Your own growing deck of SoulCollage® cards

  • A repeatable creative self-care practice for burnout recovery/prevention

  • Greater self-trust, clarity, and connection with your inner world

This is burnout care that honors your work, your identity, and your nervous system—offered slowly, creatively, and in safe community.

Attendance & Care Notes
Life happens. Burnout happens. If you need to miss a session, you’re still welcome in the series. Each gathering is designed to stand on its own while also building over time, and you’ll be able to rejoin without needing to “catch up” or explain. Come as you are, when you can.

If you are attending this series in order to move forward with SoulCollage® facilitator training, you will need to attend all sessions or find a time with Rebel to make up any of the content that you missed.
