You spend so much time giving to and caring for others — you deserve some time carved out just for you. Gather with like-minded folx working in the mental health field who get what it’s like to do this work day in and day out. Tap into your own creativity for self-reflection, self and community connection, and nervous system regulation.
4-Part SoulCollage® Workshop Series
SoulCollage® is a creative expression methodology accessible to those of any previous art experience. Developed by the late therapist, Seena Frost, this medium involves creating separate collaged cards that represent different parts of self, community influences, energies, and archetypes. This creative and reflective process allows for increased self-compassion, self-understanding, and self-regulation.
Themes we will explore in the 4 weeks of this series:
Protectors/Self-Preservation
Embracing Helping Neters
Connecting to Healing Archetypes
Community Connections and Influences
Scheduled self-care time where you can show up as you are, participate however you want/are able, and use creativity for self and co-regulation.
