February Burnout Care & Creativity for Helpers & Healers - Reduced Rate $10

$10.00

Monday, February 9, 2026 | 6:30–8 PM ET | Live on Zoom

Slow down. Exhale. Let the words you’ve been carrying finally land somewhere soft.

This monthly Burnout Care & Creativity Workshop for Helpers & Healers is a gentle, judgment-free pause from emotional labor — a space to rest your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and create something meaningful out of the fragments you already hold.

If you’re a therapist, social worker, nurse, educator, coach, facilitator, or community caregiver — especially if you’re LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent — this space is designed for you.

🖤 Self-Love Found Poetry
In this workshop, we’ll use found poetry as a form of burnout care and self-connection. Rather than writing from scratch, you’ll be invited to create poems by selecting, rearranging, and reclaiming words from existing texts — allowing intuition, resonance, and emotion to lead.

Think:

  • Highlighting words that feel like truth

  • Letting the page hold what your body is tired of carrying

  • Creating poems that sound like compassion, permission, and self-recognition

  • Discovering language for parts of you that rarely get centered

This is not about being a “poet.” It’s about letting language become a mirror — one that reflects care instead of critique.

No writing experience needed. No pressure to share. Just curiosity, gentleness, and a willingness to let the words find you.

☺️ A Space That Sees You
This gathering is intentionally crafted as an LGBTQIA+ and Neuro affirming space — slow-paced, sensory-considerate, and spacious in its expectations. There is no right way to participate.

Come as you are:

  • Cameras on or off

  • Writing quietly or stepping away as needed

  • Engaging fully or simply being in the room

No masking. No productivity pressure. No forced vulnerability.

💜 What to Expect

  • A grounding arrival to help your nervous system settle

  • Gentle prompts to guide the found poetry process

  • Time and permission to create at your own pace

  • Optional sharing (always invitational, never required)

  • A cozy, supportive group container rooted in care and mutual respect

This is a space for rest, reflection, and creative self-connection — not performance.
