On Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 12-3pm EST we will be gathering online for some scheduled respite and connection via creativity. We will be engaging in:
Mindful body-centered grounding — come back to your body and your spirit
Creative expression — accessible, low-pressure, and sensory-friendly
Community connection and sharing — no pressure to perform in a certain way
Registration includes a curated, hand packaged materials care package delivered directly to your door before the event. Just show up online with your materials package and you are good to go!
